Penny McNamee is one of Australia’s most versatile actresses, forging an impressive career in all facets of the entertainment industry.
Penny currently stars as Tori Morgan in Australia’s most beloved series, HOME AND AWAY.
Penny lived in New York from 2011-2014 where she was quickly cast as Elizabeth Berg in POLITICAL ANIMALS for the USA network, Vivian Tully in ELEMENTARY for CBS and Marie Grasso in BLUE BLOODS, also for CBS.
In Australia, her screen credits include the role of Hope in the Speilberg/Hanks mini-series THE PACIFIC, Ruth Crockett in Stephen King’s mini-series SALEM’S LOT and Carol in John Duigan’s latest film, CARELESS LOVE. Guest appearances on TV shows include WHITE COLLAR BLUE, ALL SAINTS, HEADLAND and SATISFACTION.
On stage, Penny originated the role of Jennifer Gabriel in Cameron Mackintoch’s Australian production of THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK, as well as Nessarose in the Australian premier production of WICKED – for which she won the 2009 Green Room Award.
